You’ll be udder-ly amazed!

This completely renovated home was once a fully functioning Dairy back in the day. It would only see fit that the theme of cows be incorporated into the stylish decor. With private water views, you can wake up to amazing sunrises and spot the resident Pelicans and Swans (sometimes the geese come for a sticky beak too).

As you Moo-ve through the front door you are greeted by a spacious yet cozy open plan kitchen, dining and living area. It’s hard not to look up to the vaulted timber ceilings and steel rafters once your eyes have stopped looking at the big arse fan. Then you’ll be gazing at the window views of the private lagoon on one side of the home and farm land on the other side (you may even see a few cows grazing out there).

The kitchen has everything you need and we’ve gone better than just including the kitchen sink, we’ve even thrown in a dishwasher and coffee machine (and it wouldn’t be a true Dairy if we didn’t supply some milk).

Sit and sink into the comfiest couch and snuggle up to watch a movie or the footy on the 42″ flat screen TV. We don’t have Wifi but there are heaps of DVD’s or connect your own storage device to the smart TV.

There are two separate bedrooms, one with a king bed (and TV) and the other with a queen bed. Both rooms oozing with luxury linen and feature water views and a sunrise too (unless you prefer a sleep in which the block out blinds have you covered)! Both rooms have ceiling fans. The property sleeps a maximum of 4 people.

The bathroom has a separate shower and features a deep bath to soak up and relax in. There is a laundry including washing machine and the loo is in there too (Not a drop dunny we promise, only the finest of luxuries here).

There is a reverse cycle split system for all your heating and cooling needs.

If you’re here to digitally disconnect, we have a bush tv (outdoor fire pit), board games and bushwalks or bring your mountain bike or horses! Speaking of the outdoors, there is a BBQ in the Alfresco area overlooking the lagoon.

Location

The property is located 2.5 kms from the Murray River and the National Channel for fishing, canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding enthusiasts. 12kms from the Torrumbarry Weir which has an interactive visitor centre and only a 20 minute drive to Echuca and 25 minutes to Cohuna.

Please note the property is located on an unsealed road and is on an operating farm.

Bring Your Horses

We have two small paddocks which are suitable for horses. We are very lucky to be surrounded by nature with plenty of bush trails along the Murray River. Additional fees apply.

Sorry, no dogs

Sandcliffe Dairy is located on an operating farm and we do not have a secure yard. We cannot allow dogs for this reason.

Safety First

The property is surrounded by water and farming machinery so if you are bringing children they must be supervised at all times.
